“Platform” means ZePay payment gateway services, including checkout, invoices, APIs, and dashboards.

“Merchant” means the registered business or individual using the Platform to accept USDT payments.

“Customer” means the end user who pays an invoice through a ZePay checkout link.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep API secrets confidential.

You are responsible for all activity under your merchant accounts and store credentials.

Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not use ZePay for illegal goods/services, sanctioned parties, or deceptive checkout flows.

Manipulating payable amounts, abusing monitoring, or attempting to bypass fees is prohibited.

We may suspend stores that trigger abuse, chargebacks patterns, or compliance risks.

Violations may result in warning, temporary suspension, permanent ban, or cooperation with authorities.

Fees already incurred for successful settlements remain payable according to Pricing.
