“Platform” means ZePay payment gateway services, including checkout, invoices, APIs, and dashboards.

“Merchant” means the registered business or individual using the Platform to accept USDT payments.

“Customer” means the end user who pays an invoice through a ZePay checkout link.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep API secrets confidential.

You are responsible for all activity under your merchant accounts and store credentials.

Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not use ZePay for money laundering, terrorist financing, illegal goods/services, sanctioned parties, or any activity that violates applicable law.

Deceptive checkout flows, manipulating payable amounts, abusing monitoring, or attempting to bypass fees are prohibited.

If we detect or reasonably suspect prohibited use, we may lock the store immediately and report the case to competent authorities.

Violations may result in a warning, temporary lock, permanent ban of the store/account, and reporting to competent authorities as required by law.

Fees already incurred for successful settlements remain payable according to Pricing.
